1. Who we are

2. These terms are for the website only

These terms cover using the site. They do not cover the services we provide to clients. All client work is done under a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, responsibilities and liability for that work.

Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services on particular terms. When the site says how many client spots we have open, that is a guide to our availability, not a promise.

3. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about RedPxl and to get in touch with us. You must not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
• try to get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the site in any way, including with a denial-of-service attack;
• scrape, copy or collect content from the site at scale, or use it to train or build other products, without our written permission;
• send us spam, or submit forms with false details or someone else's details.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or security.

4. Our content

The site and everything on it belongs to RedPxl Limited or the people who licensed it to us. That includes:

• the text, design, films, animation, photography, code, the RedPxl name and the RedPxl logo;
• our case studies and results.

You may view the site and share links to it. You must not copy, reuse, edit or sell our content without our written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

Client names, logos and work appear with our clients' permission. Those names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them does not give you any right to use them.

5. Results, case studies and internal projects

The figures on this site come from accounts we run, with the client's agreement. They are dated and sourced as explained on our How we measure page. They show what happened on those accounts at that time. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results. Every brand, market and budget is different.

Some projects on the site, such as Cynical London and Wett, are internal RedPxl brands that we build to test ideas and methods. We label them as internal projects. Some imagery on internal projects is made with AI tools.

6. No professional advice

The content on the site is general information about RedPxl and how we work. It is not tailored advice for your business, and you should not rely on it as such. Get advice that fits your situation before acting on anything you read here.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Our liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content. That includes loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

If you use the site as a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

11. General

If a court finds any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
