2. The data we collect
When you contact us. If you fill in our contact form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, and anything you tell us in your message, such as your store, your goals or your budget.
When you join our newsletter. We collect your email address and the date, time and page you signed up on.
When you apply for a job. We collect what you send us: usually your name, contact details, CV, portfolio and any notes from interviews.
When you are a client, or work for one. We collect the business contact details of the people we work with, and our messages with them in Slack, WhatsApp, email or whatever tool the client uses. We also keep records of the work, tasks, changes and results on the account.
When you browse the site. Our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. This keeps the site secure and working. We also use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and page speed without cookies. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies, but only if you accept analytics cookies. Clarity records how you use a page, such as clicks and scrolling, and masks what you type. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not collect special category data, such as health information, through this site, and we ask you not to send it to us.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not sell your personal data. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Data we handle for our clients
When we run ads, stores, email or SMS for a client, we may handle personal data about the client's own customers, such as order data or email lists in Shopify, Klaviyo or ad platforms. In that work, the client is the controller and RedPxl acts as a processor on the client's instructions. That processing is covered by our agreement with the client, not by this policy. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that brand about your data.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers, such as Vercel, Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. When that happens, we make sure a lawful safeguard is in place. That means one of: a UK adequacy decision (including the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for certified companies), the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not lead to work | Up to 2 years after our last contact |
| Newsletter sign-ups | Until you unsubscribe. We then keep your email on a do-not-contact list so we do not email you again. |
| Client records and communications | For the length of the relationship, then 6 years, for legal and tax reasons |
| Job applications | Up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you agree we can keep them longer |
| Server and security logs | Usually no more than 90 days |
When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;

To use any of these rights, email zain@redpxl.uk. We will reply within one month. It is free, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
