Briefs built from the data
Every ad starts as a one-page brief: audience, awareness, angle, hook and proof, agreed before anything is shot.
Work that earns attention
Produced for performance rather than for a portfolio, made in volume and tested against real spend.
A short example of how our team takes on a brief, from the first call to the results.
Everything that goes into creative built to be tested, not admired.
Every ad starts as a one-page brief: audience, awareness, angle, hook and proof, agreed before anything is shot.
The first three seconds decide the ad, so every video carries several hooks on one body and we test the opening.
Concepts are mapped as angle by format, so each test answers one question and no two ads compete for the same idea.
One master, built out to 4:5, 9:16 and 1:1 with platform safe zones, so captions and calls to action never sit under the interface.
We judge creative on the metrics that explain why it worked: thumb-stop, hold, click-through and cost per purchase, not likes.
Frequency and click-through are watched for fatigue, and iterations of each winner ship before performance drops.
Nothing ships unreviewed. Four phases from audit to handover.
What performed, what died and why. The brief starts in the account, not in a mood board.
Angles agreed and scoped before anyone books a studio day.
Enough variation to run a real test, shot in one block to keep the cost down.
Results feed the next brief, so each round starts further ahead than the last.
Straight answers to the things every brand asks us first.
Zain, the founder. Not a sales team, not an account manager, the person who decides whether we take the work and who answers for it afterwards.
One working day, and usually the same one. WhatsApp is the quickest route and it reaches the founder directly rather than an inbox rota. Office hours are Mon to Sun, 09:00 to 18:00, and anything sent outside them is answered the next working morning.
There is a floor, and it is about data rather than status. Below a certain spend paid media cannot gather enough signal to learn, so we would be charging you to guess. If you are pre-revenue or close to it we will say so plainly and point you at what to fix first, which is usually the product and the store rather than the media.
A flat monthly fee, agreed before we start. Not a percentage of your ad spend. A percentage pays us more the more we spend, which puts our incentive on the wrong side of the table. The number sits in the proposal and it does not move without a conversation first.
Often, and it is usually the better arrangement. We take the parts your team has no time or no specialism for, we work in your tools, and we write down what we do so it can be taken back in house when you are ready. We document everything and report every result in writing, and we keep clients by improving their numbers every month.
