Project Overview

DripModa UK came to us with a goal to elevate their online presence and improve overall sales performance. While their product offering and creative direction had strong potential, their digital infrastructure and customer journey lacked the polish and strategic depth needed to scale. We delivered a complete digital overhaul—from refining the brand and restructuring the store to designing content funnels that pushed both visibility and conversions. The outcome was a sell-out campaign and consistent daily revenue between £10,000–£12,000 across the launch phase.

What we did

Brand Refinement: Redesigned the core identity to reflect a more refined, fashion-forward brand image that would appeal to both returning and first-time buyers.

Website Optimisation: Fixed several conversion-blocking pain points on the site. Improved the structure, added clear product display logic, and optimised mobile UX to reduce bounce rate.

Flexible Checkout Integration: Enabled alternative payment options to reduce drop-offs and increase completed transactions.

Social Media Refresh: Rebuilt the brand's Instagram and supporting channels with elevated visuals, a new highlight system, and a strong bio and content plan.

Funnel Development: Constructed an organic and paid content funnel to drive traffic, build engagement, and convert customers across multiple touchpoints.

Ad Strategy Execution: Launched performance campaigns that prioritised creative testing and CTR improvement without over-leveraging ad spend.

Creative Asset Creation: Produced content used across email, social, and on-site banners to keep branding consistent and conversion-oriented.

Long-Term Traffic Loop: Set up a long-term system where over 15 active social pages consistently redirect traffic back to DripModa's central store.

Organic TikTok Funnel System: Built a multi-account content engine with 9 TikTok profiles posting 3 videos daily. This system generated consistent daily exposure and created an organic loop driving strong visibility and conversions.

Trademark-Compatible Payment Setup: Set up a third-party payment processor capable of handling trademarked goods, ensuring smooth, compliant transactions across all customer segments.

UK-Based 3PL Fulfilment: Established and integrated a UK-based 3PL partner to handle storage and shipping. This cut operational costs and allowed DripModa to scale fulfilment rapidly as demand grew.

Results
